The Board of Directors and company executives have established policies, operational guidelines, controls, and monitoring mechanisms so that the work of management and employees at all levels is performed according to high standards of quality and integrity. We work diligently to prevent all forms of corruption and adhere to the principles of good governance by documenting our Code of Ethics, Business Conduct, and Workplace Practice Guidelines. The first formal version was created in 2006 (B.E. 2549) and has been continuously reviewed and improved to remain applicable to our business practices and the ever-changing social context.

You may report or provide information regarding any unlawful conduct, failure to comply with ethical business practices, anti-corruption principles, or violations of the Company’s good governance standards.
